Prior to a showing, Buyers are asked to 

  • drive by location
  • view photos and video tours
  • confirm pre-approval in hand


  • Visitors must masks 
  • Confirm illness or fever.
  • Sanitize before and after showings. 


Open house ONSITE is discouraged, lines and parking with 6 feet spacing, has been a challenge. 


I have had success with the following:

  • appointments scheduled every 15 minutes during a time period. 
  • unaccompanied one way travel through the house, and exit through the basement. 

This seems to depend on the sellers tolerance, so we discuss this. 


I have had success with Zoom virtual Open House, I can send a link to 10 parties, they all sign on while I host, and walk and show the property. 


Please Note: Optimum results 

are achieved when

 a serious buyer contacts their buyers agent, and makes an appointment to view the home together.
