The 3 R’s are a strategy she follows so that her time, energy, and marketing dollars are not spent chasing internet leads.
This allows her to focus on EXCELLENCE in service, and positioning others to move on to the next chapter in their lives.
She chose her real estate license in 1991, set it aside to enjoy the privilege to raise her FOUR now adult children, and immersed herself in Holistic Healing Arts.
Twenty years later she is back to set sail to her early dreams. She is passionate and committed about the needs and goals of each client.
Susan was born and raised in Holden MA, has a Marketing Degree from Westbrook College, Portland Maine. She discovered her passion for Interior Design while doing an internship at Ethan Allen Furniture. She went on and got an Interior Design Degree from Becker College, Worcester, and in her early years worked as Decorating Staff on the road for Fabric Place Framingham. Additionally residential furniture sales, and then corporate office environment/interior design sales, and lastly as a Customer Service manager and MIS liaison, overseeing 3 departments.
She and her husband have renovated 2 houses together, and have recently become landlords after the acquisition of a rental property. Susan is the ongoing tenant manager and Scott is the property manager. Tag Team!
She has lived in Holliston for 30+ years, and is reducing, editing, and downsizing after raising 4 children. Does your house need updating? Or sell as-is? She sold her parents house as-is, because the sold data didn't support kitchen and bath renovations. This deserves a conversation! Call me!
While raising her family she immersed herself in Family, Home Schooling, Holistic Healing Arts, and was a 10 year member of Stearns CSA farm.

"Susan is an Enneagram personality type 6, the Loyalist. Trustworthy, reliable, and committed. She naturally excels with skills in trouble shooting, anticipating, and being prepared. She is grounded, while supporting the roller coaster ride typical of real estate transactions. She naturally excels at advocating, asking questions, and negotiations. On the flip side, her inner critic will worry about her worries, and your worries too! :-) She is approachable, committed to your goals, and delivers above and beyond. "

"Learning something as big as the Mahler Symphony is like conquering a huge boulder. If I look at the entire boulder, I stop dead in my tracks. So with the big picture in mind, I put on my blinders and chip away daily, a little bit at a time.
Then at performance time, I don't even realize I've conquered the big boulder. It's just a thousand tiny chips that I've polished, and it's part of my blood and bones. At the time of performance, it's not what I have to do. It's who I am".
